Pet Policy: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $350 pet deposit per pet, and $150 non refundable pet fee. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. We do not have a weight restriction but aggressive breeds are not accepted. Please contact the leasing office for more information on restricted breeds.
